Peer.ltd offers monthly subscription services for its Premium Services. Subscriptions are taken in advance at the start of the monthly period.
Cancellations
Cancellations will usually result in the service expiring at the end of the subscription period.
Refunds
Purchases made on peer.ltd can be refunded during the refund period:
- Unused services can be refunded up to the end of the subscription period
- Services that have been rarely used or used for testing can be cancelled within 7 days of purchasing.
- Our services are provided by the Direct Debit Guarantee and your rights are unaffected by this policy.
